The new album KITCHEN MUSIC of Thomas Siffling Trio

thomas-siffling-trio.jpgJanuary, 19th, 2007 is the release-date of the new album from German trumpeter and JAZZMEDIA artist Thomas Siffling. "KITCHEN MUSIC" is a culinary inspired concept album: the listener follows Thomas Siffling to the cooker in the kitchen. Invited friends came by and everybody enjoy good food and great music.

In the booklet you will find well-matched recipes from German Top cooks like Vincent Klink or Mirko Reeh and their creations. Also an own "composition" from Thomas Siffling "Sifflingknödel" is written down: Website KITCHEN MUSIC.

The air-groovy bandsound of the Thomas Siffling Trio is supported by the great German singer Xavier Naidoo, who is spotlighted in the title "Kuglblids". 2 remix versions of Siffling compositions, refined by Pit Baumgaertner and Jelly Jam, round off this excellent production.

Siffling's core trio with Jens Loh on bass and Markus Faller on drums shows again high musical class, here no kitchen helps are on work, but individual masters of their instruments; Siffling's trumpet play has its own, unmistakeable quality and stand firm after several exact listenings.

Peter Kleiss from the broadcast "Saarländischer Rundfunk" says about "KITCHEN MUSIC": "This album is not beautiful, it is a dream!"
